AI Process Architect & Agent Strategist

As an AI Process Architect & Agent Strategist at Effict Labs, you operate at the intersection of business operations and cutting-edge AI technology. Organizations often struggle with fragmented processes and tool proliferation. You bring clarity, structure, and focus: analyzing workflows, identifying critical bottlenecks, and designing intelligent agentic workflows that deliver tangible value. You define what to build and why, well before a single line of code is written.

Key responsibilities

  • Process Discovery & Assessments: Conduct process deep dives and AI Readiness Quickscans to pinpoint operational inefficiencies and high-impact opportunities.
  • Agentic Workflow Design: Architect intelligent, autonomous flows (such as automated intake, reporting, and inbox management) incorporating well-defined human-in-the-loop validation checkpoints.
  • Strategic Advisory: Advise clients on balancing traditional process automation (APIs/Power Platform) with advanced generative AI.
  • Governance & Standards: Establish robust frameworks for data quality, compliance, and reliability across all AI initiatives.

What you bring

  • Proven track record in Business Process Management (BPM), Lean methodology, or management consulting focused on IT and operations.
  • Deep conceptual understanding of LLMs, autonomous agents, and multi-agent systems.
  • Strong analytical acumen with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Experience facilitating strategic workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders.

You evaluate existing cloud ecosystems, eliminate redundant software sprawl, and design secure, scalable architectures where modern AI solutions can seamlessly integrate.

Key responsibilities

  • IT Health Checks: Conduct comprehensive audits of client IT landscapes and cloud infrastructures (primarily Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Workspace).
  • Consolidation & Architecture: Design migration paths and reduce software sprawl by optimizing native capabilities within core enterprise platforms.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement pragmatic identity and access management (IAM), data loss prevention (DLP), and cloud governance standards.
  • Transition Strategy: Guide leadership and operational teams through modern workplace transitions with minimal disruption.

What you bring

  • Extensive experience as a Cloud Consultant, Solutions Architect, or Modern Workplace Specialist.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture, Copilot Studio, Azure Security, and identity management.
  • A no-nonsense mindset: prioritizing robustness and simplicity over unnecessary complexity.
  • Strong consulting skills with experience partnering directly with IT directors and operational leaders.

Applied AI Researcher & Prompt/Context Engineer

As an Applied AI Researcher & Prompt/Context Engineer at Effict Labs, you are our pioneer. You benchmark emerging models, engineer advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and validate methodologies to ensure our solutions are practical, reliable, and ahead of the curve.

Key responsibilities

  • Benchmarking & Validation: Evaluate the latest LLMs, embedding models, and reasoning frameworks for accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency.
  • Context Engineering & RAG: Design and optimize domain-specific context-retrieval pipelines, indexing strategies, and knowledge representations.
  • Evaluation Frameworks: Build automated test suites to mitigate hallucinations and systematically benchmark output quality.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Translate technical breakthroughs into reusable blueprints, best practices, and internal/external training sessions.

What you bring

  • Technical background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Practical expertise with prompt chaining, system context engineering, and RAG pipelines.
  • Scientific curiosity coupled with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.
  • Experience with AI evaluation frameworks, data privacy, and AI safety principles.
